Travis Dees serves as the Vice President of Operations for World Wind and Solar, focusing on organizational structure and project execution. He has served the renewable energy industry for over 20 years and possesses expertise in wind, solar and hydro-electricity power. He manages the operations of both Wind and Solar Divisions at WWS. His most valuable contribution is to ensure the organization lives by our “Core Values.” He manages the P&L for all the projects to ensure budget projections are attained.

With his diverse and proven qualifications as a Project Manager, he joined WWS in 2016. Travis’s career has allowed him to travel to most of the United States, Canada, Korea and China.  His leadership abilities have helped develop growth strategies for WWS. Focusing on safety and training, the organization has grown 150% since Travis joined the company.

As an active husband and father, Travis spends most of his free time with his friends and family, attending his kids’ sporting events and pursuing the family’s active passion for boating. Travis spent several years on the AYSO soccer board as the Safety Director and Assistant Commissioner. Travis was born and raised in Tehachapi, CA. After college, Travis moved to the east coast to work for his father – one of the pioneers of the wind industry in America – at Zond Inc.
