A critical piece of providing turnkey service is our newly enhanced in-house capability for producing plugs and molds. This gives you maximum control of your tooling and carves out risk, cost and time from your project. Our tooling department has both 5 and 3-axis CNC routers.
Design Center For DFMA
On the front end of a project, OMESA’s in-house design group provides professional engineering staff to support new products and product improvements. It is an integrated and fully focused part of the MFG organization. For new product designs or design revision/updates the group can provide detailed designs analysis and propose design recommendations that can improve manufacturability to help lower cost.
